Over the past few years, DHL in Russia has received different awards, recognizing our efforts in making DHL an attractive and rewarding workplace.
HR-Brand Award 2007, 2008, 2010
In 2010, the award was given in 4 categories, acknowledging the achievements of companies in the development of HR-brands and strengthening of corporate culture. DHL Charity Team program, created and brought to life by volunteers from among the company’s employees, was highly recognized.
Earlier DHL was given an honorary «HR-BRAND 2008» award in the 'Local Project' category for the company’s program dedicated to the training of customs declarants.
In 2007, DHL was recognized as the best employer in the logistics and transport companies in Russia. The award was presented in 19 categories and recognized achievements in the development of HR-brands and strengthening of corporate culture in various sectors of Russian economy.

"Best Employer of Russia 2008, 2011" Research
DHL was acknowledged amongst the top five Best Employers of Russia 2008 in the annual rating conducted by AON Hewitt. Around 100 Russian and international companies took part in the research. One of the most important aspects of the study was that it incorporated employees’ own views on job satisfaction and their level of engagement in the development of their company. DHL was acknowledged amongst the top ten Best Employers of Russia 2011.
National Business Award "Captains of Russian Business 2008"
DHL received awards in the "Best Employers" and "Business Success in HR" categories. The "Best Employer" award was based on the results of an annual survey organised by "Personnel Management" magazine. During their research, a panel of experts assessed the appeal of each particular company on the Moscow labour market.

The award was organised by the Russian Association of Managers and the PEOPLE INVESTOR Group, and was created with the aim of highlighting those companies in the Russian business community which invest most actively in their employees and vie for the title of best employer.
The winners of the award were defined through voting by leading Russian and international experts in the field of human and management potential. The main areas assessed were the company’s appeal as an employer, their image as a business partner, and their public reputation.

"Attractive Employer 2008" Study
According to the results of a study conducted by the research centre of the web portal SuperJob.ru, DHL has been acknowledged as an "Attractive Employer-2008, 2009, 2010" and an "Attractive Employer-2011". Companies that actively tried to attract personnel throughout the year and received the greatest response from applicants were assessed in the research.
