Your parcel is shipped within postal channel and the final mile delivery is performed by Russian post. To track your parcel please use the following process:

1. Please enter your parcel number starting with GM at the following link: http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/ You will see the status of your parcel. If the parcel has been handed to Russian Post already you will see ‘Delivery Partner’ section with a number.
2. Use Delivery Partner number to track your parcel at the following website: http://nolp.dhl.de/nextt-online-public/report_popup.jsp?lang=en In the field UPU Code you will see the postal number, which you can use to track your parcel with the Russian Post.
